Merchandise sold by which is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, extends to the purchaser. We are committed to assisting you in obtaining fulfillment of any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Apart from manufacturers’ warranties, there are no other warranties, either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Special Orders

Special orders are sourced from alternate suppliers to fulfill specific orders outside of our standard stocking routines. Consequently, special orders cannot be canceled or returned.


In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, informational, or technical error, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is affected by such an error, we will promptly notify you and provide the option to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Promotions and Sales

Each promotional offer is subject to its own terms and conditions, which are agreed upon the application of the promotion to the purchase. Please note that some exclusions may apply; refer to the promotion’s terms and conditions for details. Promotional codes cannot be combined and are not applicable to orders that have already been shipped or delivered. reserves the right to refuse any promotional offers or discounts.

Payment Policy

All online orders require full payment upfront from our valued customers. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation. Please be aware that additional charges, such as shipping or additional services, may apply. These charges will be due upon shipment or at the time of service. Additional charges may also apply for vehicles with specialty or custom wheel packages. Please note that all transactions are subject to payment verification. In the event of any discrepancies, a secondary check may be necessary, which could potentially delay the order processing time. If payment verification cannot be successfully completed, reserves the right to cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth processing of your order.


When you place an order online, you’re authorizing to collect all applicable federal and provincial sales taxes on behalf of the government. Currently, our online ordering system can only display a single general sales tax rate, which combines federal and provincial taxes. However, rest assured that we will issue an official invoice with separate GST and PST at the time of order pickup or shipment. Order Cancellations

We accommodate free cancellations for all orders that have not entered the processing or shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Once an order has been shipped or has reached the final processing phase (e.g., tires and wheels are assembled), we are unable to cancel it. Refusing a package could result in additional delays by the carrier and may take up to 30 days to return, with additional shipping fees potentially applying for refused shipments.

Shipping Policy

For all orders, we offer free in-store pickup. Free shipping is available within Southern Manitoba, including Winnipeg, Brandon, Portage la Prairie, Selkirk, Morden, Winkler, and Steinbach, with an expected delivery time of 1-7 business days. For shipped orders, a physical address and a valid phone number must be provided for the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. It is essential to thoroughly inspect the shipment for damages, defects, or missing parts before signing any paperwork acknowledging receipt. Claims for damages or issues made after signing will not be accepted by the carrier, and any resulting storage fees from failure to accept the cargo will be passed onto the purchaser. Currently we do not ship outside of Southern Manitoba. Our logistics team is diligently working on an efficient and cost-effective shipping solution to extend our services across Canada. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of order pickup or delivery (excluding final sales), subject to inspection by an Arvalet specialist. Products are NOT eligible for return in the following conditions: used, driven on, installed, attempted to be installed, damaged or altered items, missing original packaging/components/paperwork, discontinued or final sale items, special orders, and pre-assembled wheels and tires. Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all shipped items. If your order is eligible for return, please contact customer service to initiate a return request, and we will provide a return authorization number and guide you through the process. If your items are damaged during shipment or if you receive incorrect items, report to Arvalet’s customer service immediately for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be repackaged in the original packing. For shipping tire returns, ensure original strapping should be completely intact; each tire should be clearly labeled with your address and Arvalet’s address; packing slip with return authorization number should be taped securely on tire.

Refund Policy

Once a returned product is accepted, a refund will be calculated and issued to the original payment method or as in-store credit within 5-10 business days. Refund calculations are subject to deductions for applicable shipping charges and restocking fees (10% of total price). Items excluded from our return policy are non-refundable.


Are There Any Exceptions To The Return Policy?

Yes, mounted tires and wheels are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged once mounted. Additionally, products that have been picked up in store or delivered for over 30 days are not eligible for returns. Special order items are also excluded from our standard return policy.

Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Please ensure the product meets our return policy criteria before initiating a return.
